Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Alchemora - Alchemy Craft mobile application (the "App") operated by Stanislav Pavlenko ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is a puzzle/discovery game provided for entertainment purposes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the App

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases including:

  • Coin packs (consumable) — used to reveal hidden elements and ingredients
  • Era packs (non-consumable) — unlock additional eras with new elements to discover

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not process payments directly.

Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they handle all payment processing. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

Restore Purchases: Non-consumable purchases (era packs) can be restored using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's store. Consumable purchases (coin packs) cannot be restored once used, as this is standard practice across all platforms.

3. Virtual Currency

Coins earned or purchased within the App are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They exist solely within the App and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency. We reserve the right to modify the coin economy (pricing, rewards, costs) at any time.

4. Game Progress

All game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of progress due to:

  • Device failure, damage, or loss
  • Uninstalling the App
  • Operating system updates or device resets
  • Clearing app data or cache

5. Advertisements

The App may display optional rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Watching ads is entirely voluntary and provides in-game rewards (coins). The display of ads is subject to Google's terms and advertising policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, images, game data, UI design, and software, is the property of Stanislav Pavlenko and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stanislav Pavlenko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stanislav Pavlenko resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
