Stanislav Pavlenko ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Alchemora - Alchemy Craft mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information. The App does not require account creation, login, or registration. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

2. Locally Stored Data

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
  • Game progress (discovered elements, achievements, experience points)
  • App preferences (theme, language, sound/haptic settings)
  • In-app purchase records
  • Daily task progress and visit streak data

This data is stored using your device's local storage and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. If you uninstall the App, this data is permanently deleted.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect certain data:

Google AdMob

We display rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. When you choose to watch an ad, AdMob may collect:

  • Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
  • IP address
  • Device information (model, operating system version)
  • General location data (based on IP address)

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to this data.

Apple App Store / Google Play Store

When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). Purchase records are managed by the respective platform.

4. Advertising and Tracking

The App uses Google AdMob to serve rewarded advertisements. You may choose to watch ads in exchange for in-game coins. Ad viewing is entirely optional and does not affect core gameplay.

On iOS 14.5 and later, you will be asked for permission before any tracking occurs via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You may decline this permission without any impact on the App's functionality.

You can opt out of personalized advertising:

  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require any personal information to use.

6. Data Security

Since all game data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect or transmit personal information, there is no centralized database that could be compromised. Your data is protected by your device's own security measures.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. You can delete all locally stored App data at any time by:

  • Using the "Reset All Progress" option within the App
  • Uninstalling the App from your device

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
