How do I restore my purchases?

Open the App, go to the Store, and tap "Restore Purchases". This restores era packs on devices using the same App Store or Google Play account.

I lost my game progress. Can it be recovered?

Game progress is stored locally on your device and cannot be recovered if lost. Avoid clearing app data unless necessary.

How do I earn coins without purchasing?

Complete daily tasks and maintain a visit streak to earn free coins each day.

3. In-App Purchases & Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they process all payments. We cannot issue refunds directly.

  • Android: Google Play > Account > Order history

Consumable purchases (coin packs) cannot be restored once used. Non-consumable purchases (era packs) can be restored using "Restore Purchases" in the App.
